Important: Products sold by PeptideDirect.ca are intended for laboratory research use only and are not for human or veterinary consumption.

By purchasing from PeptideDirect.ca, you acknowledge and agree that:

you are purchasing products for legitimate research purposes only;
you will not use products for human or veterinary consumption;
you are responsible for verifying that your purchase, possession, importation, and use of products is lawful in your jurisdiction; and
you assume all risks associated with handling and use of the products.

4) No Medical Advice

Information on the Site is provided for general educational and research-related purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes medical, clinical, pharmaceutical, or veterinary advice, and no information should be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice.

5) Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance by PeptideDirect.ca. We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, compliance concerns, inaccurate information, or product availability issues.

Once an order is placed, you are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate. If you need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible; changes are not guaranteed once processing has begun.

Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

11) Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site or products, including by:

using products for human or veterinary consumption;
making or encouraging unlawful, misleading, or prohibited claims about products;
attempting to circumvent compliance measures (including age verification);
engaging in fraud, chargebacks without basis, or other abusive purchasing behavior; or
interfering with the security or operation of the Site.

12) Intellectual Property
