From checkout to delivery
Order updates are sent by email as your shipment moves through each stage. If you need help locating an update, our team can assist.
Order received
You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout. If you do not see it, please check your spam/junk folder.
Processing
Your order is prepared for shipment and quality documentation is compiled when applicable. Processing times may vary during peak periods.
Shipped
Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available) and the carrier details.
Delivered / attempted delivery
Carrier scans may show delivered or attempted delivery. If a package is delayed or marked delivered but not received, contact us promptly so we can help investigate.

Where do I find my order number?
Your order number is included in your order confirmation email and appears in your account order history if you checked out with an account.
I did not receive a confirmation email—what should I do?
Please check your spam/junk folder and verify the email address used at checkout. If you still cannot locate it, contact us and we will help.
When will I receive tracking information?
Tracking details are sent once your order is shipped. Carrier scans may take up to 24 hours to appear after the label is created.
My tracking has not updated—does that mean it is lost?
Not necessarily. Tracking can pause while in transit between facilities. If there is no movement for several business days, reach out and we will assist.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order has not shipped, we may be able to update the address. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
What if my package shows delivered but I did not receive it?
Check around your delivery location and with building management/neighbors. Then contact us promptly so we can help open a carrier inquiry.
